Matsuyama is one of the best ball-strikers in the world, and the Japanese phenom showed just how proficient he is with his irons at TPC Scottsdale. Hideki picked up just shy of 8.5 strokes on the field approaching the green, where a middling week (47th in strokes gained: putting) was salvaged.
