One of Europe’s most accomplished and sought-after swing coaches, Pete Cowen, won’t be in Dubai this week for the second leg of the European Tour’s desert swing because he was forced to return home to England after thieves broke in and “ransacked” his home.
The burglary was reported on Monday by way of Ian Poulter’s Twitter account.

Cowen’s is currently or has formerly worked with Poulter, Henrik Stenson, Lee Westwood, Louis Oosthuizen, Sergio Garcia, Haotong Li, Darren Clarke. His students have won over 200 PGA Tour events and there major championships, many of which have come within the past 10 years.
