It’s hard to argue that 2014 wasn’t an absolutely amazing year for the LPGA. It started with a Lexi Thompson-Michelle Wie final group at the opening major of the season, saw both those names pick up a first major with Thompson snagging the ANA Championship, Wie winning the Women’s U.S. Open, and Lydia Ko becoming world No. 1.
The man in charge of the LPGA, Mike Whan, is enjoying this, and stopped by The Turn to chat with Shane Bacon about 2014, and what to look forward to in 2015.
