Spieth Chasing Ben Crane At The Byron Nelson

A second-round 65 has Jordan Spieth squarely in the hunt heading into the weekend at the AT&T Byron Nelson, one shot back of 36-hole leader Ben Crane. Spieth shot rounds of 64-65 to sit on 11-under par, one of six guys to reach double-digits in red figures.

Crane’s Friday 63 vaulted him nine spots up the leaderboard to take solo possession of the lead at the halfway point. Sergio Garcia, Brooks Koepka, Bud Cauley and Spieth are within a stroke of the leader and Wes Roach is two shots back.
