Golfers are some of the most charitable athletes in the sporting world and you can put Jason Dufner’s name near the top of that list.
The Jason Dufner Charitable Foundation will host it’s inaugural “Dufner Dash and Bash” on March 20 at the ALFA Barn at Auburn University with a block party hosted by Jason and Amanda Dufner to follow with live entertainment, games and concessions.
The Foundation’s second annual Celebrity Golf Classic will be March 23 at Moore’s Mill Club with food and drinks, as well as a silent auction.

The 5K and golf tournament will partner with the Blessings in a Backpack to help feed hungry children in the communities surrounding Dufner’s alama mater — Auburn University.
“We want to end childhood hunger here in Lee County,” Dufner said. “We want to make a difference in the schools, and I know that we’re committed to doing that the right way.”
