We did the one-club challenge with the driver last week, and this week, we’re going to the other end of the spectrum. Using an old Spalding 44, a putter I use for trick shots and in my trick shot shows, I’m going to try to make a par on the 339-yard par-4 third hole at Atlantic City Country Club.
Since I’m used to using this putter in my trick shots, I know a little trick — hit the ball with the top of the club instead of the face. With that in mind, I’m pretty comfortable with full shots, but hitting more of those touch and precise distance shots could prove to be troublesome.
