The 80th Connecticut Open Championship took place at Rolling Hills Country Club from July 28th to 30th. It is the only CSGA Championship open to both amateurs and professionals. Frank Bensel of Fairfield, Conn. fired a final round 66 to finish at seven-under and a two-stroke victory.
