PeakVision is a brand of sunglasses the golf community is familiar with. Makers of fine active glasses, PeakVision’s golf line keeps the glare down without distorting view — which is crucial to golfers as they’re constantly reading greens, distances and landing areas.
Unfortunately, the Stuart, Fla.-based company was burglarized recently with nearly $170,000 worth of merchandise stolen.
According to the company, it was a pre-meditated crime as the high-end sunglasses retail for upwards of $200 per pair. The company lost roughly 90 percent of its merchandise and the criminal investigation is ongoing.

Fortunately, the golf community the company has given so much to over the years is rallying around it. PeakVision, which made a “Jack Nicklaus Collection,” last year, was backed and supported by Nicklaus and wife Barbara and recently received a flurry of support from Wayne Gary Player — the son of the legendary Gary Player.
You, too, can support the company by contributing to its GoFundMe campaign.
