Golf Manufacturers Showcase Ryder Cup-Inspired Gear

As anticipation builds for the 2014 Ryder Cup at Gleneagles, one thing is clear: we’re not the only ones fired up for this year’s event.

From fans to media members, tour pros and the Ryder Cup players themselves, the golf world simply can’t wait for it to begin.

Even the game’s equipment and fashion manufacturers are excited. In fact, they’re showing that excitement through terrific Ryder Cup-inspired products and limited editions. Here’s the coolest Ryder Cup golf gear being promoted ahead of the 2014 Ryder Cup:

The fine folks at adidas Golf sent this excellent tweet out Monday:

And, how about this patriotic push from Jones Sports Co., makers of fine golf bags. #TeamWatson, indeed:

Oakley put together these absolutely fantastic shoes for Bubba Watson and I, for one, remain very jealous. Good looking bag he’s got there, too:

Bettinardi Golf, which makes high-quality putters, among other items, unveiled its beautifully-designed Ryder Cup putter with a new engineering feature:

Cleveland Golf cooked up its own team-stamped wedges for the event:

And, adidas Golf took us back to 2012 when the brand put out shoes with colors representing Team Europe…

…and Team USA. We can’t wait to see what they come up with for this year’s event.

True Temper, which makes some of the tour’s most successful shafts, showcased their own prideful editions:

Lamkin Grips, which are played by Ryder Cup players Justin Rose and Keegan Bradley, showed Ryder Cup pride with its colorful line:

Cobra Golf took a minute to look back at the 2010 event where Rickie Fowler made his Ryder Cup debut. This year will mark the star’s second appearance.

And Callaway went way, way back to 1997 to showcase Phil and his sweet staff bag.
