Adams Golf has officially announced the upgrade to its popular Tight Lies series, the company stated Monday in a press release.
The new Tight Lies series will feature both fairway woods and hybrids and each club will come equipped with the new Ghost Slot Technology — an innovative spin on last year’s crown slot technology.
The Ghost Slot is a nearly-invisible feature on the crown of each club that works to reduce stress on the clubface while increasing ball speeds at impact. The slot is also said to promote higher ball launch angles when hit, which should lead to softer landings into the green.
The Tight Lies fairway wood will be available in four lofts, ranging from 14.5-22 degrees while the Titanium will feature 13.5-, 15- and 18-degree models. The Tight Lies Hybrid will have five lofts available and range from 17-26 degrees.
Tight Lies fairway woods and hybrids will be available next fall and will have a retail price of $199.99 and $179.99, respectively. Tight Lies Titanium will have a retail price of $249.99.
