The city of Scottsdale, Ariz. recently completed a major renovation of the Stadium Course at TPC Scottsdale, home of the PGA Tour’s Waste Management Phoenix Open and Back9Network’s Shane Bacon took a trip to the infamous course to see the changes.
His host for the day? Course designer Tom Weiskopf, himself.
Weiskopf led the renovation project and sought to improve the course for the city of Scottsdale’s benefit as well as make it suitable for today’s PGA Tour players and the wild show that is the Waste Management Phoenix Open, which will be played this week.
